- Please understand that I can only accommodate a limited number of orders in a week as I am the only one making all the cupcakes and cakes from baking, designing and packaging as well. All my cakes and cupcakes are baked from scratch. To make sure of my availability to do your orders, make your order as early as possible. At least a month before your event although I can accept orders even if short noticed if my schedule still allows it.

-RESERVATION: I require a deposit to reserve your date. Pencil booking is possible but if there is a client who is willing to deposit immediately on your desired date and no response is heard from you during my follow up, your pencil booking will be canceled and that date is given to other clients.

- I advise that once orders are already placed, please take the time to email me the event details: NAME OF CELEBRANT, DATE, TIME and VENUE of the event. Also include the total number of orders, motif, preferred design, colors and other details so we both can back track from our emails if some problem arises. Please take note that there will be no more changes to the design of the cake within one week of your event.

- CUPCAKE PACKAGES: All cupcake / wedding packages are already final.

- PAYMENT: I require 50% down payment to your desired date. Payment can be made via GCASH or BDO deposits. bank details will be given thru email or sms. Final payment is due one week before your event be it pick up or delivery. Please know your responsibilities and I will not remind you regarding this because I know this is the client's obligation.

- LOCATION: Fairy Swirl Cupcakes is located in Malabon City. This is an online store and i don't have an actual store that you can visit. If you want to set an appointment, please inform me ahead of time. I am available during Mondays and Tuesdays only and we can meet in some establishments near my place.

- PICK UP/DELIVERY: ALL CAKES AND CUPCAKES ARE TO BE PICK UP ON THE FOLLOWING PICK UP/MEET UP POINTS: EVER SUPERMARKET MALABON, MONUMENTO (anytime), SALCEDO ST., LEGASPI VILLAGE IN MAKATI CITY (Mondays to Fridays 11am to 3pm only) Delivery of the items are subject to my availability. NO OTHER PICK UP/MEET UP POINTS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS STATED. If my schedule allows me to deliver and set up your order, a corresponding delivery fee will be charged to the client. Delivery charges will vary on the location of your event. All the items will be delivered on the agreed time and date. Please understand that I also have other clients to attend so refrain from changing the time and date of pick up or delivery. All possible care will be given to the items during pick up /delivery. If it is already with the client's possession, it is no longer my responsibility anymore. I will not be held accountable for any damage of the items once they are already in the client's care. take note that I have the right to postpone any delivery during severe weather conditions (heavy rains, flood, etc.) and you will be immediately informed regarding this. Delivery fee will be returned to you.

-WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICES: I have the right to withdraw my services to any client who are non-cooperative, always changing orders/locations/availability of time, no show in every appointment, late payments and other incident that will waste my time and effort.

- CANCELLATION: A cancellation may be made up to two weeks before your event. In the event of cancellation, the down payment IS NO LONGER REFUNDABLE because of the expenses acquired during the preparations.

- OBLIGATION: We take our obligation to provide your cakes/cupcakes very seriously. However, should and unforeseeable event occur (medical emergencies, etc) which prevents us from fulfilling our obligation and we must cancel our agreement, we will refund your payment in full.

By reading this, you have fully understood and agree to comply with this agreement.
